About us

We are a young crew that loves the old craft of sailmaking and practices it from the heart. In our workshop, Eva Gehrke and Markus Matz are on hand to answer your questions about sails, boat covers and tarpaulins. They are assisted by our apprentices Tom Zensen. The crew is completed by the tarpaulin and boat cover seamstresses Renate Kotowski, our man-for-all-cases Thomas Schoch, the workshop service technician as well as our house technician Jörg Bierbrauer and our house and yard upholsterers Annegret Hall. Katharina Merz and Lisa Eckstein will help you with the cutting. For administrative matters and on the phone, Sarah Scheinert, Agnes Stepien and of course, the owner Sebastian Hentschel are there for you.
